Reef Builders - The Source for Reef Keeping Information

Here is an update to my 75 Gallon Aquarium. As you can see from the picture I have algae problems. Mainly hair algae. To combat this I have ordered a Phosphate reactor to plumb into my sump. I also reduced my light cycle from 6 hours a day for my Metal halides to 2 hours a day. Already I can see an improvement with the algae, and my corals don’t seem to mind yet. I’ll post more on here when the situation changes.
