current-powerbrite-led-lighting

In what should be the first of many lighting systems released with LED’s, current released their PowerBrite system. This looks like a strip light with 1 watt LEDs claiming to have 50-60 lumens per watt. This system is supposed to be used in conjunction with a fluorescent or compact fluorescent systems. These will retail below $100. This is a great addition to those that want the “shimmering” effect that normal Metal Halides give off.

  • Adds the shimmering effect of metal halides without the heat build-up
  • Efficient high power LED’s last up to 50,000 hours
  • Linkable connection for up to two PowerBrite LED Modules
  • Dimensions: 12” x 1 ½” x ¾”
  • O.35 Amps
  • 12 W Maximum LED Load
  • Promotes strong and healthy coral, invertebrate and plant growth
