I'm interested to see what everyone else has to say. I've seen some incredibly pretty aquariums.... they just kept replacing all the fish and corals when something died.

It should also be pointed out that most hobbyists want to keep tangs, angels, gobies, hawkfish, and everything else.... all in the same tank.

Since nature aquascapes better both regarding "functionality" and aesthetically than us hobbyists I think we have a long way to go to get both aesthetics and functionality in place.

Also, to get a "pretty" aquascape it needs to function very well and the livestock has to be in their best shape?
