Will have to know whether these are 1 watt or 3 watt LEDs as that will affect PAR levels. Also, with no optics these will probably not be useful for tanks much more than 12" deep. Cooling may also be an issue with that form factor as high heat decreases the life of the emitters. These look interesting.
