Maverick lighting manufacturer Advanced Lighting Solutions is blazing a trail with another breakthrough product, the LED light strip. The ALS LED strip light is available in a baby 4 and larger 15, 24, 36 and 48 models which are all available in white or blue iterations. The 15 incher can work as a standalone unit and with metal halide pendants. We took quick PAR readings on a 48 blue strip light at a height of 16 with PAR values of 100-200 micromols over a 12 width. Those are respectable PAR values and we look forward to seeing more of the ALS LED strip light in action.
