What happens when you have loyal pet owners come together to send over 50,000 letters to a subcommittee members protesting HR 669? They get the point. As some of you might be aware the subcommittee met yesterday to discuss the legislative hearing on The Nonnative Wildlife Invasion Prevention Act or also known as H.R. 669. Whats more is there is video of the whole meeting including an opening statement by Madeleine Z. Bordallo and witness testimony by Gary Frazer, David Lodge, Simon C. Nemtzov, Lawrence M. Riley, William R. “Bill” Martin. Although the meeting was held yesterday and some online forums are claiming victory no official response from the subcommittee has been made, meaning we haven’t won yet.
