Fresh off the digital press, the June issue of Advanced Aquarist Online Magazine delivers a fresh new load of reefing articles. This June edition includes articles from the usual suspects but we are keen to read up on Jay Hemdal’s overview of West African fish, many of which have only become widely available in the last few years such as the African angelfish Holacanthus africanus, the Atlantic coris wrasse Coris atlantica and the Goldenheart triggerfish Balistes punctatus. The other piece that cought our eye is Sanjay’s review of the Lumatek, Galaxy and Vertex metal halide ballasts. These ballasts all use the same core components but we’ll revisit this review once we’ve had a chance to pore over Sanjay’s data. Enjoy the reads!
