Amashum, that's what I was trying to say with my first comment. The similarity is undeniable but hopefully it's only a superficial resemblance and there's some differences under the hood. Anyone know if the Seio Prop pump has a 3 bladed propeller?

According to the owner's manual (http://www.aqua-medic.de/en/service/pdfs/Ocean%20Prop-e.pdf) the transformer included is 100–240V, 50–60Hz so it should work in US out of the box.

The body on this pump looks a lot like the Rio prop pump, the levered suction cup is nice, if it really works and lasts.

Even though its EU only for now... it doesnt really matter since its 24V DC. Just pick up a converter. Those efficiency numbers look like they give Tunzes and Hydors a run for it though... very nice.
