Gotek a new LED lighting company (since 2003) that introduced itself at CIPS in China has a new type of LED light that they’d love to share. The actual LED fixture is similar to other LED fixtures on the market, it has the basic components of the light. However the design is much different as there doesn’t appear to be any LED lenses on the unit, which is a common practice, or maybe there are and just very small. There will be 4 different Gotek models available each featuring different amounts of White, Blue and Red LEDs in the unit. The first is a 40 LED 600mm (about 24″) and the model line peaks out at 1800mm (about 72″) and uses 120 LEDs. The odds of these coming to the states or UK is very slim, but you can catch light analysis and other tasty information below the break.
