and should i leave my led night lights on the whole time my day lights are out

as of now i turn both day lights on same time for 11 to 12 hours night LEDs for 5 hours after days lights go out

thanks any info would be great
To address your question, actinic should come on first, the time is up to you, some go 1 hour some 1 1/2, you know and then the 10,000k come on for the bulk of the "day" (actinic stay on with the daylights) and then after 8, 9 or 10 hours the daylight go off and actinic stay on another 1, 1 1/2 or whatever before going off. Example; actinic on 1 1/2 at beginning and end and 9 hours of daylight sandwiched in between = 12 hours of light....moon lights timed to come on when the 12 hour cycle is complete, no need to waste them during the day.
Hope this helps...........
