Do you know the exact species of Dwarf Lionfish? It should be reef compatible but only with caution. It will eat any and all shrimp or small crustaceans including crabs. As well as any fish small enough to fit inside their mouth, and despite the size, their mouths can open up fairly large so watch those Chromis and Damsels very closely (# wise.) As for your corals, they are no threat to them at all.
