I have just started a FOWLR tank and plan o stock it with a fu man chu lionfish so I have started doinf a lot of research on this fish. I have read in many articles that they should have a varied diet and that rosies really don't have that much nutritional value. Soaking the silverside in a vitamin supplement is one of your better options with an occasional rosie here and there. |
