Default RO/DI water filter, without having to drill anything?

Hi,
Just starting out, I want to put together a 40 gallon saltwater tank.

Although I do not want to waste money, the overriding goal is to end up with the best tank, with least water problems. Therefore I am willing to invest in a good water system.

My house is fairly new, my sink has a hole predrilled for a hot water faucet (I guess), not sure about what is underneath. I am not good with do-it-yourself.

My question,
Is there a RO/DI system that would not require me to drill into existing pipes? Is there a way to attach if off my existing pipes under my kitchen sink?

thanks!
