MonopolyBag is looking at reefs
Default Re: clown fish nipping my feather duster

Get rid of angel. Is it a dwarf angel or not. Dwarf angels are iffy and must be taken lightly in a reef tank. I would not do it since you are new.

Use SeaChem's Matrix to remove Nitrate, works magic.

Phoslock and Phosban work good. Phoslock removes almost all, phosban removes most phosphates.

Feather dusters are angels favorite. That and open brains seem to be tempting in me experience. Clowns are like 100% reef safe. But can sometimes be aggressive towards other fish.

There is a lot of controversy over fish things. not exact science. But do your best. Learn form mistakes. And take all information and put together and form your own opinions.
