i would suggest at least 10lbs of LR and 10 lbs of LS. 2 clowns and an anemone are way too big for a 10g tank. yes, anemones need special lighting of at least 4 watts per gallon. i would wait until all the water parameters are good, and when there is a good amount of coraline algae growth on the rocks. this may take up to 2-3 months.
