 Overflow is underflowing.....
I just purchased a 110 gallon tank - and connected a sump and hanging overflow. Unfortunately, the overflow drains the tank faster than the pump, which creates a lot of sucking noise during operation. I am considering adding a couple of valves to the outlets on the overflow so that I can reduce the outflow rate. I am afraid I will have trouble with too much water flow if I add a second pump......Any suggestions? |
