Default help on ID of mystery things in LR

hey guys, i've found 2 things in my liverock that i just can't seem to get info on... i've only seen them once, and they're at 2 different spots of the same piece of rock... one was small and brown, the other was bigger, black, and if i remember correctly, it had a white tip... well, the first one, it was just a tube like thing that would reach out of a hole, the end would open up, then close, and it would withdraw back into the hole and repeat.... the other one, i saw it last night, only for a second, right after i had turned the lights on... and i only saw it go into the hole...

just a list of other things i have found are :
a snail of some sort (i think its a small cerith, black, cone-shaped shell)
either isopods or copepods I THINK; they range in size from barely noticeable to pretty big for being "bugs".. they're whitish grey, maybe they're just transparent, i started off only seeing a few of them, and they were all real small... but now they're all over the place
bristleworms - more than i want, i don't even like the way they look, so i'd like to get rid of all of them, but just because of the number of them, i don't want to fool with it.. just seems too tedious... these are two colors tho... part pinkish, the other part blue/black...
i've got an aiptasia that i know i need to get rid of asap, but i think i'll wait and just get a peppermint shrimp because, like the worms and "bugs", i don't feel like reaching down, pulling the rock up, and squirting him with some stuff that might end up ruining the rest of the aquarium.. i don't have a steady hand at all, and if i use joes juice or something like that, that uses a syringe, i'll get jumpy and probably squirt the stuff all over the place... and of course, he's at the lowest part of the aquarium, on the very bottom of the rock, basically on the sand... since he's the only one i see, and since he's so far down, could i just smother him with the sand? or will he free himself from the rock, and dig through and find another place?
oh, and i've got a small clam that i didn't notice until the other day, when he was opened up pretty wide, and i tapped him with my algae scraper... he closed up really fast, and since then he's just been barely cracked open...
i think that's all i've found so far... other than the obvious stuff that i noticed before i bought it, like a mushroom coral (which dissappeared shortly after putting the LR in my tank)... oh, there's also a really cool patch of stuff, i don't know if its a coral, type of algae or some kind of seagrass, but its still alive and well! probably the size of a dime, and it looks just like a thick patch of grass

umm, that's about it... i'm still amazed that just about everytime i go to study it, i still find something new! i'd like to find something else though... maybe another snail, or a hermit crab, or a starfish or something like that... something that moves around the tank, but doesn't look like a bug or worm... but those pods, that's what a mandarin would eat, right? with as many of them as i have, i find it hard to believe that i should wait a year to make sure i have enough to keep the mandarin happy... by then, i'd have so many that they'd be piled up everywhere and overflowing the tank! i mean, its only been a week since i've put in the liverock, and there's already that much!
