Nice looking cube Joe. I have 1 of those flow deflectors in my 30 as well. I'm guessing it's not helping much with flow behind the rocks since it ends up being so long. Take a look at Sanjay's post about Having Jack of RB to help him. He shows a spray bar you could use for the cube.
