hmmm, IMO it would all depend on the bioload of the tank. how many lbs of LR and LS? how many fis, what size? snails crabs shrimp?
you can have too much flow, but i think you have a decent amount, it is fine wher eyour at.
yes, filter floww probably would allow al ittle more water movement.
