Ace and Nativevaman thanks for the advise. I do unthaw the cube with some tank water in a little cup I keep under my stand and than I usally just pour it into the tank a little at a time to make sure they will eat all the food. I might start skipping a day and see how that goes for a bit. I still have to get them darn bio balls out and replace with live rock just didnt have the money this weekend, Wife had me spending my money on two birthday parties last weekend
