In my current neck of the world I would advise one of 2 things:
1. Use some sort of water purification system because the Rio Grande is nasty. Our local contaminant includes uranium, which can cause more problems for our young and old (or so the news says). OR...
2) Burn El Paso to the ground. I don't think people should be living here anyway.
