Default Worm Hitchhiker in LR

Attached is a photo of a worm that hitched in on my Fiji live rock. The photo is a little fuzzy, but if you look just above the edge of the white sand, you'll see the critter. He can retract all the way into the sand/rock. He slither out to nibble on the LR and crud that has blown of the LR while curing. Fully extended, I have seen 2-3 inches out in the open.

Any suggestions? Is he good or bad? If bad, how do I get rid of him without creating more just like him?

Thanks.

LL
