Default Tiny little... crustaceans??

I just got a pom-pom crab last Friday and it was pregnant. I didn't notice until a few days ago when it suddenly grew a red bulge beneath its stomach. I have not been able to find the crab within the last 24 hours but I just noticed that there are some tiny white things crawling on the glass walls of my aquarium. I looked at them with a magnifying glass and they appear to have 2 small antenna and a thick upper body with a little "spike" at the rear end. They are very small, maybe .25 mm. Maybe they don't have anything to do with the pom-pom crab, they might be some kind of sea lice or something, but I have NO idea!
