could have been a bristle worm, ive seen them in my tank, are the snails you're talking about narcissus snails?? there are 5 of them in my tank and they come out at feeding time, they seem to like the flake food, they start rampaging around the tank at feeding time lol...ive never had a problem with the bristle worms vs. the n. snails...if you have too many bristle worms in the tank try a coral-banded shrimp or arrowcrab, they'll hunt 'em down but a few bristle worms are common in most tanks... |
