Mostly good things. I like the idea of not replacing bulbs every 6-12 months. 40% less eletricity etc. I went with the G instead of the H4 because I don't see a need for 6 - 400w lights, the 250's should be plenty. Also being able to adjust the kelvin temp to find that right combo of growth and appearance. Also the eveness of the color, I've been having problems with my Usio MH's one 14k is real nice the other is almost green. Tried 2 replacements to finally get it close.
