 Water Flow
This past weekend I heard Jake Adams speak. He gave an interesting talk stressing that without enough flow, increased lighting won't help. Corals require the increased flow for increased respiration with more lighting.
He also mentioned how you can get much better tank flow by pointing return and pumps so they really stir up the surface...the rest of the water will follow.
Makes sense to me and I'm going to try it and see what happens.
