I have to say that the isea of putting sand and rock from someone else's tank in my tank makes my skin crawl.I agree that it is quite possable that I am worried about nothing,but what if I am not?It seems to me that in doing this you might be bringing a small portion of every disease that the donor tank ever had home to your tank.It is well known that one stage of ich is when it lies dormant in the sand waiting for the right fish to swim by.What else might lurk in that sand waiting for your fish? |
