Actually, i've been thinking and i've seen these alot in one of our local hardware stores, compact flourescent that only have 10watts but has an output of 30 watt light. I dont know if this will work for my soon to setup 75g FOWLR and macros. I am planning to get 4pcs (55 watts each) but has an output of 250watts, it costs around 8-10 dollars each. the brands are philips,GE, akira etc.

so any advises and suggestions

PS. actually they are energy savers too, it says on their label that you are saving around 30% energy consumption.
