I have no idea what she said there, its written a bit beyond my level of understanding. I have had Halodule and Thallasia doing well under fairly low light. There's an outdoor light fixture they sell at HD made Lights of America, its 6500k and 65 watts. For under $50 Halodule would do really well in a 10g under it. In my area its also available as an 85 and 100 watt fixture. It takes a large screw in CF bulb.
