Default fuge and frag tanks

named :my new frag and fuge tank: thxs

How I built my frag tank with a fuge

After looking around Wal-Mart, I was able to find a stand that two 20 longs would fit nicely on.

First part was the building of the frag tank this was the easy part. I took some pvc pipe and also some egg crate and built this for the frags to set on

Next was to set up a way for the water to flow down to the fuge. I decided not to drill the tank but to use a overflow box, like this

I was able to pick one up for $68. Next, I added two powerheads to add more water movement. Now the next step was to make up the fuge tank. This tank was a little harder; I wish I had planned it out a little better, but it worked out in the end. I decided to just go with another 20 long (like the frag tank). I was able to pick up both the 20 longs for $28 each (before taxes). I took the fuge 20 long to Ace and had them cut 4 5in tall peices. My first mistake. I liked the 5in part but I forgot the first baffle needed to be 6-7 inches and the last one also needed to be 6-7 inches. But this is what I ended with:

If you noticed I just added 2 pieces together. It made the first one 6in and the next baffle is 5 in. The last one is off the bottom of the tank by about 3/4in
