I actually heard it is better to use hard PVC, but i dont remember why. You could plumb the 55 into your sump now. IF you dont want to drill it(reconsider?) you could use an overflow box with an aqualifter pump, but then you will have to drill a few siphon breaks in the lines for anti-flooding purposes. From there you would just run it into the sump like the other tank and then have a separate return pump for that tank. I think that is how it would work. |
