I am basically doing the same thing with my sump, frag, seagrass and reef tanks.

And this is what I did:



I did not show the return pumps.

Also, hard PVC pipe is much better, I also forget the reason behind it, but if you plumbed the tanks now, the pipe hardly costs anything. So, to redo it in 6 months would only put you back a few dollars.
