Currently we have 2 15 watt fluorescent fixtures, one has a Coral Sun Actinic 420 bulb and the other a regular daylight. Remember its only a 10g tank, and if i am assuming correctly that wattages add we have 3w/g. Will this be enough to get our live rock really cooking?

And another question about circulation, can there be too much? Our penguin bio-wheel cycles 150g/hour, we also have a small rio powerhead in the tank as well (not sure of the powerheads g/hour rating). Is the powerhead overkill? The clown we have in the tank now, seems to roam the tank more when the powerhead is off, should i take his behavior to mean that the current in the tank is to strong?
