Lighting should be adequate. If you had a high power powerhead (over 200 gph) you'd probably have too much circulation. You want enough movement in the tank to keep things suspended so your filter can remove it from the wtaer column. Clowns like to play in the current. You might want to direct the powerhead output to hit the glass & cause a swilring motion.
