Re: Sump for a 90 gallon Thanks, Bob! I've studied Melev's site on many occasions but must have looked over this section. However, removing the front center bracket still seems less invasive than sawing a whole in the side of the stand.
Can anybody tell me what the advantages are of using acrylic to construct a sump over creating a sump out of a glass tank? I presume acrylic is better for temperature control issues and you can build the sump to your very own specifications. Are there any other advantages I should be aware of?
