i have a maxima placed about 6 inches from the water surface and its doing awesome...!!!...i just got a derasa clam today, and am going to try and put it in the sand directly under the halide...i feel i might be pushing it with only a 150 watt halide, but if i dont see it doing well in a day or two i will move it....wish me luck... |
