If you feel you have got to treat these types of symptoms (skin disorders) in your DT you will want to try Metronidazole. It is a PROVEN medication (antibiotic) to treat skin disorders. Doctors prescribe it for humans, Veterinariens for livestock and now we have it available for our fish too. Just mix it with their food. Reef safe. Of course if your fish has ich these are only temporary fixes. The rest is a whole nother story. I use garlic too! |
