I also just added two powerheads to my aquarium. I had one, plus the movement from the HOB filter and skimmer. The two new powerheads are Maxi-jet 1200's rated at 295 gph each. My tank is 75 gallons. Should this provide enough movement? Also I noticed that my temp. has risen from 79 to about 83 degrees since I added these and a PC light the other day. It seems to have stablized at 83. Is this normal. Should I be concerned about this temp? Thanks. |
