I recently raised the flow in my tank from 100gph to 330gph and the temperature went up 5 degrees. I've heard you want to stay around 78 which is where all the tanks at my LFS areif you look in the guides section( i think ) it is recomended that you have 20x the flow in gph than your tank is in gallons. so you have 590 with the power heads so unless your hob filter and skimmer bump it up to 1500gph that shouldn't be enough. read that article though.
