You need to be specific about your lighting, water flow and what type of anemone. Generally, if they are moving, they are not happy.
An anemone won't get much out of DT's. Small pieces, the size of the anemones mouth of shrimp, silversides or other fresh seafood are what they prefer to eat. Only feed once, maybe twice a week.
