The thing with the Koralias is there is not a very direct flow that comes from them, it is dispersed pretty well. You may have been alright getting the Koralia 1 but the nanos do around 250gph if I am not mistaken so that is around 8 times the tank volume just for a power head. Is that all you have in the tank or is there anything else? If that is all you have you may want to get a Koralia 1 aswell, that would set you at around 20 times for the entire tank. I think it was a good pickup though, i have two of the 1's in my 55 and they do their job quite nicely. |
