There are several ways to get rid of Aiptasia from experience, I have a 200 gallon grow out setup for LR, I keep copper banded butterflies in this tank. As for the show tanks we normally use the Berghai Nudis(purchased in trios), and in the extreme a copper banded(they tend to pick at stuff if there is not enough aiptasia). I have never used the injection method as to a means of getting rid of them, if this does not kill the cells of the anemone it will stress and split, giving you MORE of a problem than before. Peppermint shrimp seem to do a good job when they are permitted to be in the tank without getting eaten themselves.
