Default Help - White blemishes on new clown

I got a black ocelaris from LiveAquaria.com and it came yesterday, one came dead, and this one, now looking at it today, is swimming around, eats every so often, but has white blemishes on the body.

At first I thought it was only from stress, but looking more closely it looks as if one of the find and its under belly has some white stuff to it resembling mold, but it is hard to tell.

Can anyone figure anything out from this. It is too hard for me to get a good picture of it, so that is pointless. Maybe if others have pics I will let you know if it looks similar at all.

I am in need of treating it I think, if it doesn't clear up in a couple days, BUT I have a reef tank, Zoos, New Leather coral, cleaner shrimp, two stars, and some other coral as well.

I plan on talking to my good friend who knows his stuff, but thought I would post as well. Any ideas?
