hard to tell from the pic...
at first i thought it was a chiton(potato bug looking critter), i have them in the crushed coral along the glass.
then i thought, maybe its some type of sponge...is it growing from what you can tell or move at all?
if you can get a better pic that isnt so blurry it might help.
