 New 55gal reef
I am setting up a new 55g reef and would like some sugestons on lighting. I want to be able to keep a varity of corals and fish but want SPS's to be the main focus. Looking for sugestions on the types of lighting, how long to leave them on, and how long after setup till I can start adding in the corals. I am currently looking at a combo light set with 2x250w MH with 4x65w compact flourescent and 6 moonlights. Is this going to be to much? What type of MH should i get, (ie; 14k, 15k,20k)? Any all sugestions will be appreciated. |
