i have been doing 10% per week but am currently experimenting with dropping freq. will allow my test numbers to dictate how often but intend to stick to 10% if water peramiters alter too fast it can be hard on inhabitants, so smaller water changes are better IMO and do them as often as the tank says so... in a manner of speaking
