Default Sand Sifters

I added a sand sifting diamond goby to my tank last friday, he has been busy a work cleaning the sand and stirring things up. The water is ALWAYS cloudy now... is there a way to help filter out some of these fine suspended sediment particles from the water column? Should i add a canister filter maybe? or other media in the sump? or just learn to live with it? If thats the case, will this afect my corals (none yet, in the future) ability to get light?

help!!!
