for sure not that cheese in your picture.
Clams are a filter feeder so proteins and such that get suspended into the water are best. I find they respond well to "sponge power" for example. They also host zooxanthalea as do many corals which are also photosynthetic so be sure you give it lots of light.

It's my understanding that BB stands for "bare bottom" which my tank is not as I have a SSB "shallow sand bed"
