Your tank is not ready for anemones of any kind. But then again if the guy selling you the critters says it ok well then it must be. I have an affinity for the carpets as they can be a hundred years old or older when collected and do require a few special considerations.
Its only my opinion. Most people will only tell you what you want to hear.
You might not realise it but these are words of encouragement.
