what are your water peramiters? any and all tank info will help. what light schedule? without any of that its gonna be blind guesses, but it sounds like nutrients are up, too low flow, and too much light time. take care of those first then get you some chemiclean to kill the cyano out. but check on it first with your anemone... i think it will be ok with him but not sure cause it will tick your corals off and they will slime heavy when tank is treated.
